Until end of October, a total of 257 cases have been reported of which 36 cases were notified in October, which is the highest rate since 2000. Unusually, TBE infections were also reported in November (13 cases). By end of 2017, the total number of TBE cases increased to 274, the highest rate since 17 years."}
